Kim Soo-hyun & G-Dragon Become Friends, Reunite with 88ers Jung Hae-in and Kwanghee
On February 16, MBC’s “Good Day” aired its first episode, featuring the meeting between Kim Soo-hyun and G-Dragon. The show follows G-Dragon as he connects with people from different fields to complete his song project.
Kim Soo-hyun greeted G-Dragon at his agency’s fitness center, where G-Dragon shared that they had exchanged phone numbers in the past. G-Dragon had mistakenly called Kim Soo-hyun, whose name matched that of his company’s advisor. They awkwardly conversed for a few minutes, discussing hobbies like hiking and sharing a laugh over the experience.
To break the ice, they worked out together, with Kim Soo-hyun demonstrating a leg stretch and G-Dragon following along. Soon after, they dropped formalities, with G-Dragon offering a handshake and saying, “Soo-hyun, let’s speak casually,” which Kim Soo-hyun accepted with a smile.
Kim Soo-hyun also shared a funny memory of meeting fellow “88er” Hwang Kwang-hee during his military leave, when Kwang-hee loudly called his name at a store. He mimicked Kwang-hee’s voice to reenact the situation. Jo Se-ho suggested, “Get together with the 88 friends.”
In the next episode, Kim Soo-hyun, G-Dragon, Hwang Kwang-hee, Jung Hae-in, Im Si-wan, and Lee Soo-hyuk will gather.
